    江苏省发展改革委牵头起草了地方标准DB32/T 5156-2025《零碳园区建设指南》。

  • 浙江省

    浙江省经济和信息化厅、浙江省发展和改革委员会、浙江省科学技术厅等制定了 《浙江省绿色低碳工业园区建设评价导则（2024版）》，并提出到2025年，建成50个省级绿色低碳工业园区。

  • 安徽省

    安徽省发展改革委、安徽省能源局等发布了《安徽省零碳产业园区建设方案（试行）》，提出到2027年打造5个以上零碳产业示范园区，到2030年累计建成20个以上零碳产业园区。
